Several members of the Sheffield Group attended the DUK Regional Conference in Durham in February 2014. Our Vice Chair, Tony, presented a cheque for £17,000 for the Research Fund to Richard Lane, Diabetes UK President. Brenda was nominated for an Inspire Award and, although she was not an overall winner she received a certificate.
