Sharing the Burden - How the Neighbourhood Can Help You - A review of primary care diabetes services in 2017 and beyond
- 15 June 2017
Dr Jenny Stephenson, GP with special interest in diabetes, will talk to the group about how primary care services can help with diabetes care, and what a community led approach can help people with diabetes.
Houlden Hall is next to the Cathedreal Church of St Marie on Norfolk Row, Sheffield. The door is to the left of the church and the top buzzer is for Houlden Hall - though we usually have a greeter on the door.
Meetings are a great place for you to find out more information about diabetes, learn more about the Sheffield Group, and for you to meet other people with diabetes and benefit from their experiences.
You can find us on Norfolk Row, entry by the green door next to St Marie's Church and opposite Vero Gusto. The meetings are on the first floor (accessible by lift). Doors are open from 7pm for refreshments and mingling before the meeting starts at 7:30pm. We aim to finish by 9pm!
